Colin Ireland (Partner) now in his senior years, has been in the motor trade all of his life. He learnt his trade as a car technician at a local garage in Braunton before starting Ireland's services in 1971.

Phil Ireland (Partner) focuses all of his efforts on the workshop, he spends his time managing all of your bookings and monitoring our technicians progress. From the age of 12 Phil has been a very keen scramble rider winning many trophy's along the way, after many years of scrambling he achieved an equal level of quality in rallying competing in many South West rally's. |

Tom Ireland (Partner) spent his childhood around bikes in the workshop with Dad (Phil) and the team. Tom is a fully trained Technician but now manages the retail side. Tom has also spent many years racing motorcross and is very much into any motorsport. Having recently purchased a race bike he is planning to organise many track days throughout the coming year. |

Russell Beauchamp (Sales) Has many years experience in the motorcycle industry starting out as a flying gunner display rider for the Royal Artilary (No we are not joking!). He has worked in many of the leading London motorcycle dealers before setting up his family home here in North Devon. Russ like Tom has purchased himself a Race bike and is ready for the track.

Ken Maynard (Parts) has been with us for over 20 years and has vast experience in the motorcycle industry. Ken and Phil grew up together in Braunton and Ken was Phil's right hand man during his racing years. Contact him for any spare parts whatever the manufacturer. |

Lauren Filer (Parts) also helps take care of spare parts alongside Ken and is also our trainee accounts manager. Lauren has a GNVQ in parts and accessories management and also is working towards his accountancy NVQ. A friendly and very approachable member of the team, always happy to help. |

Kate Haines (Clothing & Accessories) is a relatively new member of the team. She is naturally very approachable, has spent 8 years in sales and is always happy to help. Having completed her CBT training she is ready to take on her full motorcycle test. Kate is looking to expand our clothing range and open to your suggestions and needs so please don't hesitate to contact her. |

Steve Riggs (Technician) went to college as a mature student to study motorcycle mechanics after many years riding. Ever since Steve was a youngster he has spent his spare time playing with off-road bikes and went onto compete in some club road racing. If you have a Sports Bike that needs repairing..........Steve is your man! |

Steve Carter (Technician) is the newest member of the team joining us in march 2009. Steve has worked in the motorcycle trade for over 25 years, he spent many years managing a dealership in Essex for another family run business. Steve has also done his share of racing but un-like any of the other staff he chose nitros powered drag bikes! |

Tim "Crezz" Cresswell (Technician) worked for us for many years back in the 80's and returned here in 2007. Tim has a natural gift for electrics and fabrication making him a handy member of the team. If its broken Tim can always fix it no matter what it is! |

Mark Bunby (Valeter) our motorcycle valeter and break down driver joined us a few years ago and is a valued member of our team. His attention to detail is second to none. Marks family are all into biking,Jane, mark's wife rides a road bike and both son's Gareth and Glin are keen off roaders. |

Josh Ridd (Apprentice) has worked on a saturday for us for 2 years now, having recently finished school he has now joined us full time. Josh will be attending a motorcycle technicians course part time to become fully acredited. |

Julie Wood (Accounts) has been with us for a few years now. She looks after all our paperwork, invoicing and accounts, including the most important of all.....WAGES! Julie has a BA in social sciences and is obviously very good with numbers. Julies two youngest sons also take part in motorcross and ride with Josh (Our Apprentice) and Gareth (Mark the Valeters) son. |
