Just wanted to say a huge thanks to everyone who helped get the Blackbird back on the road in time for our Spanish trip. After the radiator self destructed on the Brum Demo the Honda was relayed home, then dropped down to you the next day. Despite best efforts we had no choice but to get a new radiator which was kindly sourced by ringing round other dealers as it wasnt easily available through the normal channels. It was getting closer and closer to our departure and it still hadnt arrived (and we had just discovered that our daughters passport was out of date and had to organise an emergancy appointment in London to get one) When the radiator arrived Phil pulled out all the stops and had it fitted and tested in super quick time, and the Honda was collected on the wednesday. Just in time as Doug was working in Barnstaple on Thursday, Cheltenham on Friday then off to London for a 9.15 appointment on the Saturday morning. On Sunday morning we threw his luggage on the bike and rode off to plymouth for the lunchtime ferry to Santander, and landed with huge releif in our cabin. Both bikes behaved themselves perfectly and our tour of Spain was thoroughly enjoyed by all three of us. We are extremely grateful to all of you for making sure we were able to get to Spain. To be honest I cant thank you enough.

Thankyou Phil and Tom for the brillant service I received on Saturday, for organising at a very busy time and at short notice a test ride on the new Yamaha XT1200 Super tenere.
Fantastic bike made even better by you taking time to ensure I understood it fully before going out on the road, and lending me a jacket after leaving mine at home.
I have purchased many bikes over the years from differant dealers all over the uk and can honestly say have never met a dealer as helpful as you.

I was offered a test ride today on the new Yamaha XT1200 Super Tenere whilst I was having my new tyres fitted. I was shown all the functions of the various equipment on the bike before setting off. I was told there was no time limit to the test ride, just to go out and enjoy the bike. I can definately recommend the new Super Tenere, and also recommend all the staff at Ireland Motorcycles for their friendly, helpful and no pressure attitude to their customers.

Hi Tom Just a quick note to say the screen arrived yesterday, all fitted and looking good. I see the 125 has gone from your website, so i presume it has sold i hope the new owner is as pleased with it as i am with my new 650. I must add it was a pleasure dealing with you, I have been extremely well looked after from the initial viewing through to the delivery and after sales. Dear Tom, I am writing to thank you for your kind support of this year’s Bumper draw. We were delighted with the success of this year’s event as it raised an amazing £38,000 to help North Devon Hospice care for local patients, families and carers dealing with life-threatening illnesses. The funds raised will help run the hospice and provide free services to the North Devon community for approximately five days. A great deal of work went into promoting the Bumper Draw, with our team of raffle ticket sellers attending 100+ events from April through to November 22nd, varying from farmers’ markets, local attractions, festivals, supermarkets and many more. Through these events alone we sold £12,000 of tickets and displayed promotional materials containing sponsor logos and branding. Thank you once again for your hugely appreciated support.

Dear Mr Ireland, I arranged on Wednesday, to view your Li 150 Lambretta with your salesman Russell Beauchamp for today Thursday. I understand that the scooter is now sold. Russell had the courtesy to phone me as early as possible so I didn’t make an unnessesary trip from Teignmouth. I did however make the journey just for a ride and view. Again on meeting Russell I found him to be polite, efficient and informative. A true gentleman and a great boon to your team. It is pleasant, in this modern day and age.

I am writing to thank you for supporting A Flight 22 squadron’s recent charity fundraising efforts through your donation of a prize for our christmas draw. We had a very successful evening and are on track to raise over £1750- once all the money is collected in from my collegues, some of whom are now in the Faulkland Islands.
