COLIN IRELAND (Proprietor) now in his senior years has been in the motor trade all of his life. Colin grew up in Winkleigh following in the foot steps of his late father Thomas Ireland. Colin learnt his trade as a car mechanic in braunton and worked his way to being not only head mechanic but managing 4 garages for a local business man before starting alone. His knowledge and experience is exceptional.

PHIL IRELAND (Proprietor and workshop manager) is most commonly found in and around the workshop. His passion for bikes started at a young age and he was very successfull in scrambling for many years. Phil's knowledge is vast from many years experience working with bikes that have basic carbs to the latest cutting edge fuel injection machines.

TOM IRELAND (Sales manager) has spent his childhood around bikes in the workshop with dad and the team learning from them. Tom is a fully trained technician and is certified by many different manufacturers but now takes care of the retail side managing bike sales and stores. He likes to take a hands on and personal approach to customers so please don't hesitate to contact him.

KEN MAYNARD(Store man) has been with us the longest out of all of the staff her at Ireland's,Ken's part of the family and furniture! He has over 20 years under his belt dealing with parts and accessories.

LAUREN FILER (Store man) is our second storeman and trainee accounts man. Lauren has a GNVQ in parts and accessories management and also is working towards his accountancy NVQ. A friendly and very approachable member of the team, always happy to help.

STEVE RIGGS(Technician) is our leading technician and is specifically trained in many aspects of his job, he has received specialist training from Kawasaki, Datatool and many other manufacturers. Steve attended college full time as a mature student passing out with distinction.If you have any running faults or a disfunctional alarm please just give steve a call.

OWEN BAKER (Technician) Is the senior member of our workshop team and brings a wealth of knowledge gained over a long life in the motor industry. Owen is well known for his BMW servicing and repairs also for repairs to British classics such as Royal Enfield. Owen plays a big part in the local bike clubs as well joining in on many of the runs they organise,he doubles up nicely as their technical back up, we all now how temper mental old bikes can be.

PAUL CHALLACOMBE (Technician) grew up in combe martin with his friends all heavily involved with motorcycles,spending every spare penny and minute on bikes.This has formed dave into a well rounded bike rider with vast experience off-road and super motard. Paul spent two years maintaining go-karts before he had enough and wanted to full fill his childhood dream,working with bikes and has been here ever since.His understanding and knowledge has never stopped growing and is a key member in our workshop. He is also certified by Kawasaki,peugeot and many other manufacturers.

MARK BUNBY is our motorcycle valeter and van driver he joined a few years ago and is a valued member of our team. His attention to detail is second to none. He's a very friendly and approachable gentlemen that no-matter how busy, he is always happy to help anyone.Marks family are all into biking,Jane mark's better half rides a road bike and both son's Gareth and glin are keen off roaders.

JULIE WOODS is our accountant/book keeper, She is a relatively new member of staff but is much loved by all.

JACK GUBB is our newest edition to the team,having just left school he has become our workshop apprentice,we hope to bring jack up through the ranks with the possibility at a motorcycle college.Jack comes from a mechanical back ground and is very used to getting his hands dirty at home with his dad Andy. Jack is also a budding trials rider out competing regularly.

BLAZE Is our 5 year old boxer dog and most loved member of the team.She's seen mostly sat out side enjoying the company of our customers and their coffee.Its not un-common for people to call in just to see her but do beware she may slobber!
